What is it?
This is an opportunity that we give to our tenants to choose their flatmates and also getting rewarded for it.
How?
When a room in your household becomes available we will let you know and you have the opportunity to recommend a potential flatmate to us.
When will I get paid?
You will get your referrals fee when the contract of the person you refer terminates or if you are leaving the property you will receive your reward when the flatmate you recommend stays at the property for at least 3 months assuming they are behaving well and pays regularly.
How much is the reward?
The reward is up to one week rent, depending on what you are willing to do.
- The potential tenant you recommend will need to be vetted and approved by us.
- The moving in date will need to be approved by us.
- Your reward will be higher if you are willing to show the available room to the potential tenant yourself instead of simply passing the details of the potential tenant to us.
- Must at all times inform and be respectful of the current tenant renting the room
